Your Houses Listed Here

Your houses will have a comprehensive listing on the site, and will be listed directly under the target universities for your student market. We list each house in detail, including photo, full descriptions of the house itself, its surrounding area and local amenities. If desired, we also provide a landlord's page free of charge, with some background on your company and the other houses you own. Each house also links to its own specialised streetmap, so students can see exactly where your house is located.

Easily Updatable

Each landlord is provided with an online control panel, so that you can easily update the details for your houses as rooms become let. Of course, this is easy to operate and totally secure.

How To Get Listed

To advertise your house on Studylets, please firstly email over the following details for each property for entry into the database:

Full address of each property including postcode
Landlord's name
Contact name for student enquiries
Email to be used for student enquiries
Telephone number for enquiries
The password you wish to use in your admin panel logon

Next, you will need to put together details of your house(s) as you can see on a typical existing advertisement. A blank page will be created for each of your properties that you can then populate with your descriptions of each house and its amenities, using a private secure administration page on the website.

You will also need to email (or post) a photograph (print/digital camera or electronic scan). If you are sending electronically, please do not embed the picture in a Word document, please attach to the email separately. Please also provide the image undoctored, i.e. straight as it came from the camera. Optionally (and at no extra charge), you can also provide an "about the landlord" page.
